Dear diary,

Today,maybe was the wrostest day in my life ,because i was told have a disease,and now i am a little scary, i am so worry about the rest of my life ,maybe i can't have a wonderful life.

I am so disappiont with myself,why i am so weak?Why my body is so bad,what about my practicing,if i didn't do so much excise,what would i be now!

I can't not tell how scary i am now ,but i know everything is going to be ok,i need to be more confidence,believe myslfe,because i am always to be so brave ,stronge,and optimistic ...
