Modeling and analysis to resolve noise and vibration issues. Proficiency with FEA modeling tools is required. The ability to work with SEA and BEM modeling tools is desirable but not requi red. Develop new S&V related tools and measurement/modeling techniques for specific application to air conditioning products. KEY COMPETENCIES Skilled in S&V test techniques, use of S&V instrumentation and related modelin g tools: Proficiency with FEA (ANSYS preferred) is required. Familiarity with SEA and BEM modeling tools desirable but not required. Good PC skills. Familiar with MATALB. Good communication and presentation skill Good command of English REQUIREMENTS Education: Master or PhD degree in Engineering with emphasis in acoustics or mechanical area. Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sound and vibration testing and modeling required at a Masters level. No experience required at PhD level. Graduate assistant work may be counted if applicable. Knowledge/Skill: Proficient in use of vibration and noise instrument (Spectrum analyzers, S&V measurement trans ducers and shaker systems). Knowledge and experience in acoustics and vibration theory. Practical experience in design, drafting a nd simulation using FEA software packages like ANSYS. Proficiency with tools such as SEA and BEM is desirable. Personality: Diligent, honest, open-minded, responsible, full of team spirits, and highly motivated to learn in any field .
