? Responsible for Lenovo global data network operations, including LAN, WAN, Internet, Wireless, VPN and Network Accelerators etc.
? Be responsible for network incidents resolution, network service request and change implementation
? Manage the SOPs for network installation, maintenance and operation.
? Lead network system preventative maintenance
? Manage the outsourced vendors, monitor the performance of the vendors and ensure they achieve the KPIs
? Continue improve the network services capability, quality, as well as reduce cost and risks
? Establish a strong global network operation team

Have a minimum of 10 years enterprise data network management experience and

3 years people management experience

Oversea working exp. and advanced degree preferred

Have fluent oral/written

English communication skills

Hold CCNP and CCIE certification Be proactive
