I don’t think any territory action is justified. First and the most basic reason is that there is no excuse for killing people, especially for those aiming at liberty and equality etc. secondly, there is a large portion of the victim who are innocent or little involved. For example, there did be some mechanics working in the Pentagon, who just wanted to maintain others working and living smoothly. They did desire peace but they are killed after the name of peace. Thirdly, there might be some rippling due to territory action that is the result those terrorists expect, but the rest and the larger portion of the consequences are negative. It is something ridiculous like you hate those seeds in the watermelon, therefore you bomb the whole watermelon. It is so childish.
