This is a bad week.I had a bad cold.I feel terrible.The time went so slowly.I can't breath smoothly.my tears is running up.I don't want to eat anything. I have no appitate.what bad luck I have.I often get sick when seasons are changing.I need to do more exercise in the fellowing days.As I get older,my immune system doesn't work well anymore.
