First of all, we’d like to express our apologies for the damage during your move from Xiangfan to Shanghai. And please kindly find in attach the claim declaration form on which you’ll need complete the damaged items. Please also send to us individually the photoes of every damaged item.

In attach you could find as well the packing list and the insurance inventory list for your reference.

Please be kindly noted that the completed and signed claim declaration form need be returned to us ASAP and at the latest by the 21st of April 2011. Once receiving from you the documents, we will submit the documents to our claim center.

Once again, we’d like to apologize for the damage and the inconvenience brought to your family and we will make all our efforts to make your claim process as smoothly as possible.
