四位泰国朋友自从上月底来到广州，在北京、哈尔滨玩耍大半个月，今天飞回泰国。

早上，收到Pol给我的电邮。倩妮姐和我在泰国的时候，他已经给我们讲过他的故事，鼓励我们要开心点，享受生活。

If you never get out from home so you never known the worldYou have to work smart not to work hard, life balance is very important I have been working only 1 company since I graduated.my position in the company almost lowest positon and I have to work in the shift work.As I'm a new employeed that I suppose myself that I wouldn't work here so long coz I don't like my positionI like to be an engineer, so I had to go to Bangkok for study Bechaler degree for 2 years with working and studying in the sametime.Afterthat I extent to the Master degree for 2 years but I haven't got the master degree coz I haven't completed my thesis.Most of the time for 5 years are very tried, no more time to relax. So it very often to headacheAnyway I tried to look for the Buddha teaching book which teaching how to die and how to liveLife balance I've got from the book, simple is the best, rich money but poor in time, money or liveI doesn't mean, you don't need to work. Meaning that you also have to work but don't forget a time for yourselve, talk with yourselve.And I never changed job, position and company because I've known that what do I want?I don't need a lot of money, I need a time for relax, I need a time for travel, I need a time to reading, I need a time for talk with myself You are so young so don't worry. Please be respected youself and don't forget the happines life.One thing for the art of happiness is stay with the moment, meaning don't worry about the past and future. If you do a got thing now the future must be good. If the past was so so or bad, forget it cause you couldn't change it. Stay with the moment
